Email support@picmason.com with a question, an export problem, or a suggestion for a related image task. Include the steps that led to the problem so we can try to reproduce it.

Include enough to reproduce the problem

• Your browser name and version, and whether you used a phone or computer.
• The image’s format, width and height, and approximate file size.
• The selected rows, columns, output format and quality, and the JPEG background if relevant.
• The exact error text or the difference between expected and actual output.

Use a non-sensitive sample if an image is needed. Do not send private photos, identity documents, or images you do not have permission to share. Reports do not need the original filename or local path.

Check the common cases

Different tile sizes can be correct when an image does not divide evenly. For unexpected backgrounds, see transparent PNG, WebP and JPEG output. For files in the wrong sequence, see tile order and naming.
